Travel: Breastfeeding Mothers

For me, I didn’t feel prepared for how hard breastfeeding was going to be, no one really talks about it except to say that breastmilk is best for your kid, amongst other things.

However, as a traveling mummy, trying to find places to pump or breastfeed if baby was with me is a nightmare.  Really anytime you go out, you find yourself in a bathroom or  with a cover over your body or in Europe just anywhere and people staring at you because the varying levels of OTHER people being comfortable.

Insert Mamava, they create this pod that you might have seen in Airports and are starting to expand all over the place like sports stadiums and other public places where you just want a quiet, clean place to relax and pump or breastfeed!!

They have a locator app, so you can see where there are pods near you so you can plan your outings!

Try it out and let local businesses or places you frequent know about it.  I have a soft spot in my heart for businesses in VT and also ones that are practical and actually help moms in what is already a ridiculously hard job!
